Ingredients

Bay Shrimp
1
lb
Imitation Crab
4
Lemons
1/2
Red Onion
1
Red Bell Pepper
1
Cucumber, peeled
4
JalapeƱos, seeded

Tomatoes, on the vine
1
can
El Pato tomato sauce
yellow can
1
bunch
Cilantro
1
large
Avocado
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Finely chop the Shrimp and Imitation Crab and add to a large bowl.
Finely dice all veggies and cilantro and add to the bowl. (1/4 inch pieces).
Juice Lemons and pour on top of all your ingredients.
Pour the can of El Pato over the ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.
Dice the Avocado last and gently mix into the ceviche.
Add salt to taste.
Notes
Tip: Add more salt or garlic salt depending on your preference.
