Medley of colorful cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
Cucumbers diced in small chunks
Fresh pita bread cut up into pizza shaped segments and toasted
Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
Feta cheese
Olive oil
Sea salt
Instructions
On a large platter, swirl the hummus down the middle lengthwise with a spatula.
On one side of the hummus, place your chopped veggies all mixed together.
On the other side, arrange your toasted pita bread.
Lightly sprinkle garbanzo beans over hummus and veggies. Follow that with sprinkling the feta cheese over it all.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over the hummus and veggies letting it slightly pool in some areas.
Sea salt to taste over entire platter.
Notes
TIP** Store bought hummus makes this so easy. Just dump out and swirl with the back of a spoon to make it look beautiful. Also, be liberal with the olive oil and feta garnish. It really makes the dish delicious. TIP2** Have extra pita bread you toasted that won’t fit on the platter? No problem. Throw it back in the pita bag and use it to replenish the platter when low. This will make the appetizer go farther!
