Place eggs in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add milk and blend again for 30 seconds. Add flour and blend again until mixture is all combined.
Place a glass 8x8 pan in the oven with 2 tablespoons butter. When the butter has melted, pour the batter in the pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed up. Once out of the oven, it will sink a little.
Drizzle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Top with syrup or jam or any topping!

We always make a triple batch for our family of 7 and cook it in a 13×9 glass pan.We also love to add fruit in the mixture too! Berries, apples, pears, peaches, and bananas all add a great flavor. Add into the mixture once poured in the pan before you place in the oven!
