Arugula Pasta Salad
A quick and delicious pasta salad. The raw corn is a must and makes for a delicious flavor.

Ingredients

lb
Bowtie Pasta
4
cobs
Raw corn cut off the cob
8
oz
Cherry tomatoes
1
lb
Crispy bacon, chopped
1-2
cups
Arugula
1
bottle
Ranch dressing
Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente according to instructions on box.
Cut raw corn off the cob and place in bowl.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add to corn.
Cook bacon until crispy, chop and add to corn mixture.
Once pasta is cooked and cooled, add in corn, tomatoes, and bacon.
Add in ranch dressing and mix until everything is coated. Add more dressing if desired.
Toss in arugula and lightly stir together.
Add sea salt to taste.
Refrigerate prior to serving.

**Mix-in amounts may be adjusted based on personal flavor preference**
