Arugula Burrata Salad with Citrus

Burrata
Instructions
Cut the Citrus. Cut the peel off the top, bottom, and sides of the citrus. Then slice in 1/4" sections horizontally to get citrus rounds.
Arrange Arugula on a large platter.
Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar over the top of the Arugula.
Place Citrus rounds generously all over the salad.
Break off chunks of Burrata and place in between and overlapping all the citrus.
Sprinkle Pomegranate Arils over the salad.
Serve.
