Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease or butter a 13x9 glass baking dish.
Peel and slice apples into 1/4 slices.
Mix together the sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
Combine the sugar mixture and stir together with the sliced apples.
Pour the apples and sugar mixture into your greased pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon.
Melt butter and mix into the dry ingredients until incorporated. Mixture should be moist and crumbly.
Spread the crumb topping over the apple mixture.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until apples are bubbling and topping is crisp.
