I get it. You want to be the hostess with the mostest. But you don’t want to spend the mostest to make that happen! I can relate. And if that description speaks to you then this appetizer will not only blow your mind with its ease and affordability, but your guests will be ooh-ing and ahh-ing as well, while they enjoy it.
Who would’ve thought cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus and pita bread could be presented in such a way that makes you want to come back for more!
When I make this appetizer, I use the largest platter I have. It needs to be wide enough so all 3 sections fit nicely and long enough so you can fit plenty of food on without it being squished together. This also makes it easier for more hands to dip in during the party.
Trust me when I say once you make this once, it will be your go to for every party. Bonus if you always have these ingredients on hand. After eating, people will be asking for the recipe and you will smile and share it knowing they will be blown away just like you were!
xo, Sarah

Just made this to munch on while watching Sunday football and my hubby loved it! I added some diced onion. This will definitely be a regular snack for our crew! Delicious and so easy!

The hummus tray was a hit! So pretty, worked with red and green colors for a holiday party. We used naan instead of pita because we couldn’t find pita, plus gluten free crackers on the side. It all worked out well. Thanks for a good recipe! How do I send a picture?
