1packageRanch Seasoning/Ranch Dip (may also use your own favorite seasoning)or 3 tbsp
2tbspGarlic, minced
1cupWater, warmnot hot
2tbspEVOO
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or kitchenaid mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine 1 ¼ cups flour, yeast, salt, ranch seasoning, and garlic. Mix to combine. Then add warm water and olive oil.
Mix on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Beat on high for 3 minutes.
Add in the remaining 1 ¼ cups flour. Continue to mix on medium speed until the dough comes together and separates from the side of the bowl. Add in a bit more flour if needed.
Turn dough out on a floured surface and knead a few times until the dough is smooth and elastic. Place in a well oiled bowl and let rise for at least 10 minutes (a couple hours is totally fine too).
Turn out parts of the dough onto a pizza stone, pan or parchment paper and shape into pizza, pushing out from the middle with your hands or a roller until you have a nice thin crust. Make any size you want! You may put a little EVOO or cornmeal under your crust too if you wish.
Cook pizzas at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes or until done!
